The couple plan
Ask within fourteen days of paying and we refund it in full, whatever the reason. The wedding stays where it is and reverts to unpaid: still editable, sharing switched off.
The planner plan
The trial is fourteen days and is not charged. After that, cancel any time and the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part months.
If we charged you for a period you did not use because something was broken, tell us and we will refund it.
How to ask
Email us from the address on the account. Paddle processes the refund, so it comes back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days.
